"Tessi is a cheerful and lovely person, I immediately knew she was someone I could trust. She took wonderful care of my small dog, Chrissy who is NOT the easiest and friendliest, to be honest. They became friends surprisingly quickly and I was very relieved and calm during the time I was away.
Tessi also sent me lots of pictures and always kept me updated on the daily routine. This was important for me and she communicated with me a lot which I especially liked. I could tell that she has lots of experience with animals and difficult pet-parents (like myself :D ) as well.
I have never left my dog with anyone before and was very worried about how the experience will be, but after all, it was a very positive one and I will ask Tessi to help me out with Chrissy again in the future.

"Tien is the only pet sitter out of the 14 that I contacted who was true to her availability on her profile. Finding Tien was a relief after a frustrating experience with other pet sitters. It was my first time leaving my dog with someone who wasn't family or a close friend, but Tien's calm and professional demeanour put me at ease. She listened carefully to my instructions and consistently sent photos and videos throughout the day, which was very reassuring. Thank you, Tien, for taking care of Mallow so well!"

"Andrea was absolutely amazing with Yooko. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos every day, and it was such a relief to see him so happy and relaxed while we were away. When we came home, he was super relaxed and playful, he had clearly been eating well, playing, and getting plenty of cuddles. Our apartment was also left spotless, which we really appreciated, since she stayed at our place.
She did arrive later than planned on the first day, but she was very apologetic and made up for it with her warmth, care, and constant communication. In the end, Yooko had a wonderful time with her, and we’re really grateful. We’d be happy to book her again."
