Mika

My name is Mika, a Filipino lady in her late 20's seeking a pet-sitting opportunity around Frankfurt. I just moved in the city from the Philippines so please excuse my poor German-speaking skills. I'm working on it! My English is very good so I hope that works for both of us.

My primary intention/ motivation for wanting to be a pet-sitter is simple- I really miss my dog. It was very hard for me to leave him and almost considered not leaving the country just so I could keep looking after my beloved pet and spend eternity with him. (I still cry about leaving him. Please don't judge me haha)

I love being around animals (tame ones only of course 😅) so you can entrust your furry friends with me.

Since coming to Frankfurt, I have looked after 8 dogs and most of the dog owners rehire me.  

Back at home, I'm used to walking my dog everyday for at least 1 hour so it would be the highlight of my day if I get to walk a dog outside.

I'll also be happy to stay at home with your dog/cat /bird / fish/ hamster, etc. if that's what you prefer.

Hiring me would also help me financially as I am only here in Germany for a cultural exchange program (au pair).

All I ask is for your pet to be vaccinated especially with anti-rabies vaccine.

I run on a tight schedule everyday on weekdays but I'm sure I can make some time especially on weekends. If you need to go on a quick weekend trip, I can stay and look after your pets.
