Hi fellow Paw-shakers! My name is Jessica, I come from Italy and have lived 5 years in London before moving to Berlin during end-2018.

• About my relationship with animals: Through all my life I've been asked

"Are you a dog person or more of a cat person?"

I always replied

"I'm an animal person!".

I have a special affinity and affection towards animals in general and am fascinated by them. Since I was a kid, I've been raised with dogs, cats, birds, turtles, frogs, fishes and have made friends with more "wild" animals such as porcupines, horses, cows, goats and foxes. I travel often and my best memories are the ones I have with animal encounters during my trips. My most recent encounter has been with kangaroos and wallabies (quokka) in Australia, which I tremendously fell in love with! Since I was small, I always felt a special connection towards cats and dogs. I have a Jack Russel back in Italy which I grew up with for 10 years and am a proud "cat mom" of 2 here in Berlin.

• ***About my home & neighborhood: I live in an apartment in Kreuzberg, between Bergmanstrasse and Kotbusser Tor. I live there with my boyfriend and 2 cats. Our place is about 80 sqm, it has a very big living room and a large corridor where your pets can play, eat and sleep. Our apartment is smoke-free and has many toys and spots your pet can play with.

• Time and schedule: I am a freelance artist who works from home, while my 2 pet cats keep me company during the day. They are so lovely and friendly with humans and other animals. My schedule is very flexible and I am always available during weekdays and weekends.
