Pauline

Hi! My name is Pauline, I come from France and I'm living in Berlin for more than three years. I'm working in a small shop a few hours a week, which allows me to have a lot of time for cats. I also recenetly begin to be volunteer in a cat shelter. In France I have always had cats at home. Unfortunately it became complicated in Berlin with flat share, I really miss having them.

I have been cat sitting for two years now and I really enjoy the time I have with the cats. During the visits ( one or two per day ) I give food, water, medication (when needed), clean the toilets, play, cuddle, and when I have a lot of time I stay and occupy myself ( in reading a book for exemple ) to give a presence for the cats. I also like to take pictures of cats, and I always share it with the owner.

My experiance as a catsitter and at the shelter helped me learn a lot about cats. Like the medication ( pills, asthma inhaler... ), diet for cats, behaviour and befor all that they all have their own personality and I have to adapt to them. For me cats are very adorable animals, which creates a relaxing environment. That is why I take pleasure in looking after them.
