Hello, my name is Davide. I am a 27 year old female from the Netherlands and moved to Berlin a small year ago, where I was able to find a permanent home in Friedrichshain. I am a meditation teacher and currently learning about breathwork, so I can help us find our centre again by using our most natural resources. I have just returned from travelling and from here I am setting up my meditation teachings, which means I am have a lot of flexibility in time. I teach an early morning class every now and again, and the occassional evening class. I am recording my voice-teachings and create my art both at home or in a coffeeshop, always interested in discovering the neighbourhood by foot.

On a full day of taking care of your companion, I would walk them a minimum of 4 walks of at least 1 hour and be able to spend full days with them. I would only leaving for a teaching class on some days for about 1,5 hours, but this is only 3x a week. I live very close to Volkspark Friedrichshain which allows for a very versatile environment in terms of natural surroundings. Currently there is construction in my backyard, but it is completely enclosed, only opened by a heavy door. The dog can stay outside, but with this weather I would prefer them to be in the home in between walks. I have enclosed pictures of my home-surroundings, it is not a big apartment - but it is a cozy home. I have one roommate, who is sometimes around and absolutely wonderful with pets. If the companion where to stay over, I would put down their cushion and other home-essentials next to my bed.

Being in nature is very important to me, I would love to combine this by taking my fellow Berlin-pets with me. I am co-parent to a beautiful dog in Amsterdam who me and my friend adopted from Greece about 2 years ago. I took her to trainings and quickly found that, when there is trust, there is obedience, and that it is important to establish clear boundaries. I have been surrounded by pets all my life as I grew up on a farm, so if you need a goatsitter, I might also be able to help you out there, although I definitely prefer dogs. Any chance to explore the city in new ways I will gladly take.
