Ich bin Christina und möchte Sie gern bei der Hundebetreuung unterstützen. Daher finden Sie hier einige Informationen über mich. Sollten sich daraus Rückfragen ergeben, zögern Sie nicht, mich zu kontaktieren.

Warum habe ich keinen eigenen Hund?
Als berufstätige, junge Frau, kann ich momentan leider nicht dauerhaft einen eigenen Hund betreuen. Ein eigener Hund erfordert Kontinuität im täglichen Ablauf. Aufgrund meiner beruflichen Tätigkeit, muss ich flexibel bleiben und auch mal recht spontan zu einem Werksbesuch aufbrechen. Da auch mein Freund regelmäßig verreist, kann ich momentan keine dauerhaufte Versorgung eines Tiers sicherstellen. Die Schwierigkeit, eine optimale Betreuung sicherzustellen, verstehe ich dementsprechend gut. Daher möchte ich Sie gern unterstützen, sich bestmöglich um Ihren Hund zu kümmern.

Berufliche- & Freizeitsituation
Ich arbeite im Frankfurter Osten in einem Startup, und kann daher auch unkompliziert mal ein paar Tage am Stück von zu Hause oder von anderen Orten arbeiten und Ihren Hund nebenbei betreuen. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Montagsabends Trompete in einem Orchester und versuche, so viel Sport wie möglich zu machen. Am liebsten jogge ich, fahre Fahrrad und gehe schwimmen. Dabei nehme ich Ihren Hund - wenn möglich und gewünscht - gern mit.

Erfahrung mit Hunden
In meiner Familie und Heimat war ich schon immer viel mit verschiedensten Hunden aller Größen und Altersklassen in Kontakt. Auch wenn meine Eltern mir den Traum eines eigenen Hundes als Kind nie erfüllen konnten, durfte ich so trotzdem viel Erfahrung mit Hunden sammeln. So haben mein Onkel und meine Tante schon seit langer Zeit Hunde aus dem Tierschutz (Kangalmix und Schäferhundmix, ihr erster Hund erforderte als Angsthund besondere Geduld), meine Nachbarn hatten einen Terriermix, die anderen hatten zwei Pitbulls. Meine Patentante hat uns oft mit ihrem Golden Retriever besucht. Und auch bei meinen regelmäßigen Besuchen im Reitstall (2x wöchentlich Reitstunde) hatte ich immer Kontakt mit Hunden, u.a. zwei Terrier, einem Labrador, einem Beagle, einem Dalmatiner und einem Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Warum Hundesitting und meine aktuelle Wohnsituation
In der Stadt hat sich der Kontakt zu Hunden leider sehr reduziert, weshalb ich diesen zumindest über Hundesitting etwas aufrecht halten möchte.
Ich wohne mit meinem Freund auf 60qm in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westhafen. Gassi gehen am Main ist daher kein Problem. Hunde sind im Wohnkomplex erlaubt, allerdings ist auf 60qm die Aufnahme eines größeren Hundes wohl etwas schwierig. Für kurze Zeiträume lässt sich sicher eine Lösung finden.
Das Hundesittung mit Housesitting zu kombinieren ist für mich kein Problem, je nachdem, was für Sie einfacher ist.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass meine berufliche Situation Flexibilität erfordert. Buchungen lange im Voraus und über längere Zeiträume kann ich daher nicht ohne Weiteres sofort bestätigen. Das heißt natürlich nicht, dass wir nicht dafür auch eine Lösung finden ;)

I'm Christina and I would love to support you in taking care of your dog. That's why you'll find some information about myself below. In case you have any follow-up questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Why don't I have my own dog?
As a young, full-time employed woman, I currently don't have the means to take care of a dog permanently at the moment. An own dog requires continuity in the daily routine. Due to my job, I have to remain flexible and sometimes quite spontaneously go to a factory visit. Since my boyfriend also travels regularly, I am currently unable to provide permanent care for an animal. Accordingly, I understand the difficulty of ensuring optimal care and hence, would like to support you to take care of your dog in the best way possible.

My job and free-time activities
I'm currently working in the East part of Frankfurt in a start-up and can technically work from wherever I like. Hence, I can easily work from home or another place to take care of your dog.
In my free-time, I play the trumpet in an orchestra on Monday nights and try to do as much sports as possible, preferably running, cycling or swimming. If it's possible and fine with you, I'm happy to take your dog with me for that.

Experience with dogs
I've always had a lot of contact with dogs of all kinds and ages both in my family and in my home village.
Even though my parents weren't able to fulfill my dream of an own dog when I was a child, I was still in a lot of contact with dogs. My aunt and uncle have dogs from animal welfare (Kangal mix and German Shepherd mix, their first dog was very anxious and required a lot of patience), my direct neighbours had a terrier, my other neighbours two pitbulls. My godmother often brought her Golden Retriever. In addition, I had lots of contact to dogs while horseriding (I had lessons 2x a week before moving to Frankfurt), such as two terriers, a Labrador, a Beagle, a Dalmatian and a Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Why dogsitting and some words about my flat
Living in a large city, my contact to dogs has dramatically reduced. This is why I want to maintain at least some contact through dogsitting.
My fiancée and I currently live in a 60sqm flat close to the west harbour in Frankfurt. Walking your dog at the Main river therefore isn't a problem. Dogs are allowed in our flat. However, due to the size of the flat, I don't think that we should keep large dogs for a longer period of time. For a short time, we will find a solution.
I'm also happy to combine dogsitting with housesitting, depending on your preference.

Please note that my professional situation requires flexibility. Therefore, I can't easily confirm bookings long in advance or over longer periods of time immediately. Of course, this does not mean that we won't find a solution for this as well ;)
