Johanna

Hallo! My name is Johanna and I would love to take care of your pets. I have been petsitting, housesitting, and babysitting for about 10 years and have become skilled in working with families and what they need. I am hardworking, flexible, trustworthy, and willing to help. I am good with animals and try to be the best caretaker I can be. I have a bachelor's in Zoology from Oregon State University and have a lot of experience with animals. In the US, I have volunteered at animal shelters for cats and dogs, as well as worked at a doggy daycare, dog grooming salon, and a few wildlife centers. Now I am doing an Ausbildung at a Bird and Exotic Veterinary practice here in Munich. Which also means I work pretty long hours during the week, so my availability is usually early mornings, evenings or weekends. I have learned from my experiences throughout my life and love interacting with animals. I am also happy to help out anyone who needs it when it comes to animals and will have fun doing it.I enjoy being with pets because they are able to bring a special type of joy that I only experience with animals. Animals and pets always make me smile and bring me happiness. Also, pets help by keeping you active, support you emotionally, and overall make life better! My family growing up had cats and a dog that I still love very much. I took care of the pets every day, feeding, walking, grooming, and everything else. I have a very close bond with my family's dog and miss him very much when I don't get to see him. I like being around animals in general but I love the variety and new experiences I have with every new pet. Pets are so unique and always are doing new and fun things, especially with new people. I like to get to know the personality of each pet I take care of and how I can best make them comfortable. I know that when an owner is away from their pet it can be very hard for both of them and I like to think that I can bring some comfort to both by helping in any way I can. I can offer all types of services and I am happy to help out in any way I can. So I can feed, walk, take outside for the bathroom, hang out with, play with, give medication, clean, and anything else necessary for your pet or pets. (Deutsch geht auch :)
