Lily

Hi everyone. My name is Lily and I am originally from Scotland. I am currently down in Cardiff for a month to complete my master's thesis in Environmental Management and would love the opportunity to look after your pets during breaks in my writing.  

I used Pawshake for over 3 years whilst living in Germany (hence why some of my reviews are written in German!) and was lucky enough to look after many dogs and cats during this time. I dearly miss pet-sitting and my regular doggy clients so I'm hoping to make some more furry friends in Cardiff. I love caring for animals and it always brightens my day getting to spend time with them. I come from a family of animal lovers and have grown up around cats, dogs, hamsters, and rabbits all my life so I have a wealth of experience. I am comfortable administering medication and have done so with both cats and dogs. I enjoy the great outdoors and taking dogs on long walks, so if your dog is sporty, I will happily take them for adventures around the Cardiff parks or the beach. I am also available to house-sit and have done this for extended periods (up to 3 weeks). 

Whilst in Cardiff I can offer dog walking, daily visits, and house-sitting for all animals. I typically take dogs for one-hour walks but this can be shorter or longer depending on your preference. I am very conscientious of the different needs of each pet and would not allow dogs off the lead unless the owner asks for it and only in areas where it is safe to do so. I communicate with pet owners consistently during walks or pet-sitting to ensure peace of mind.
