Hello, my name is Payel and would like to offer dog sitting and dog-walk to you.
Being an owner of a dog, I can understand the problem any owner has when they need to leave their pooch behind. Therefore, I want to utilize my free time to help other owners by offering dog boarding / daycare / walking. I am capable of looking after dogs of different ages (including puppies) and sizes and would like to offer a happy relaxed environment during their stay with me.
Growing up, my family always have pets (mostly dogs), therefore at very young age I learned to take care of an animal and obviously love them unconditionally. I am from India, and we have many stray dogs and and cats.In my locality I used to take care of those animals like feeding, medication etc. My parents always encouraged and supported me. In 2020 I had adopted my dog Kimbi. She was a rescue and came to me as a foster, but I ended up being a foster-fail (proudly).
At present I am living with my husband, my son and Kimbi in a hause in Rüdow, Berlin. I have a fully fenced small garden where the dog can play. Certainly I will not allow the dogs off the leash, but they can interact to with other dogs if they wish during the walk (My own dog actually have some doggo friends). I am able to offer dog sitting at my home only as I will not be able to leave my dog home alone.
For Boarding - I take one dog at a time. The reason behind this is to offer quality time and lots of attention (much needed) to the dog. I would prefer to follow normal routine of the pooch as much as possible, like feeding time, walk time etc. When the dogs come to stay with me, they bring their sleeping pillow/bed/blanket. I will only allow dogs to do things, that they are allowed at home, as I do not intend to allow them anything which their owner has forbidden.
Every types dog is welcome but there are two requirements.
1. Must be house trained
2. Friendly with other dogs and kids. As I have a dog (female) and a kid of my own
For puppies, the main requirement is to be housetrained.
I would like to have a "get to know" or kennenlernen meeting before the dog comes to stay and/or go with me for dog-walk, so the dog can meet me and my dog and be comfortable around us.
