I’m a passionate dog lover with hands-on experience caring for both big and small dogs. Back home, I have a 15-year-old poodle mix who’s like family to me, and I miss him a lot. I’ve cared for pets through word of mouth and platforms like Co-Tasker both in the US and here in Berlin. I treat every dog as if they were my own, offering attention, affection, and a safe, loving environment.

My motivation as a pet sitter comes from my love for my own dog and my hope to adopt a rescue dog with my partner in the near future. Hosting dogs now allows me to build experience and deepen my bond with animals before making the lifelong commitment of raising a dog together.

I live in a 2 room apartment next to the Silent Green Kulturquartier, which offers plenty of green spaces. I regularly visit Schillerpark and often take the dogs I host there for walks and playtime.

My services include administering medication, showering or grooming pets, and basic training. I board a maximum of one dog at a time ( or maximum 2, if they are from the same household) to ensure each one receives my full attention. I work remotely, so I spend all day with the pets I host. My partner also lives with me; although they do not work remotely, they enjoy interacting with and caring for the pets when at home. Guest pets are free to sleep wherever they feel most comfortable, whether that is my bed, the sofa, or a dedicated pet bed.

I offer 3 to 4 walks per day, each lasting 30 minutes to an hour, and I aim to bring dogs along on most of my outings except in places where pets are not allowed, such as grocery stores or medical appointments. I also have access to a fully fenced, secure communal backyard where dogs can enjoy safe outdoor time.

My schedule is flexible, and my availability can be seen on my Pawshake calendar. I can supervise pets 24/7 and fit their care seamlessly into my daily routine. For me, pet-sitting is not just a job; it is an opportunity to connect with different breeds and personalities, learn from each experience, and share in the joy that animals bring to everyday life.
