I am a 25 years old, doing my master's degree in international development and working part-time remotely from home. I have grown up sorrounded by pets. My parents had 3 dogs in their flat and my grandmother used to rescue cats from the streets (once even a bunny). Since I moved to Germany and the dogs stayed with my parents, I miss having the company of pets, so I find being a pet sitter the best side job :)  

Besides taking care of my own dogs, I have pet sitted dogs and cats, rescued a stray dog and volunteered at a local hospital to work with animal-assisted therapy. Because of my volunteer work, I am comfortable in taking other dogs for a walk and recognizing signs of stress and tiredenesses, or when they are feeling threatened or uncomfortable.

For home visits/ house sitting: I am available to stay with your dogs and cats for the time you are traveling. Since I am working mainly in a home office format, I have a lot of time to dedicate and make company to your pet. Since the beginning of the year, I have house sitted 5 dogs and 3 cats. I can offer a 20% discount for cats ;)

For dog walking: I can take different walking routes for more young and enthusiastic dogs, or create a walking routine for older dogs. I can also provide a more exercise-intensive walking for overwheight dogs or the ones with a lot of energy. I am a very patient person and like to interact with all kinds of dogs, even the ones with behavirol issues.

I speak English, Portuguese, French, Spanish and a basic level of German. My time is flexible on the weekends and holidays, but during the week, I work from home Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and have onsite classes Monday and Friday.
