About me:

My name is Daria, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be your potential pet sitter. Originally from Poland, I currently live in Wilmersdorf (close to U-Berliner Str.) I have a background in psychology and work in human resources, but my heart has always belonged to our furry friends. My work is fully remote so I’m quite flexible - especially mornings, evenings and around lunch time.

I share my life with two kittens, Peanut and Ninja. As a fellow pet parent, I'm doing my best to make you and your loved one feel as comfortable as possible (I know how stressful it might be for you and them even if it's for a short time). I'd ask you all the questions to maintain their routine and don't expose them to any stress.

I have also been volunteering at a local shelter back in Poland. Many of the dogs in the pictures on my profile are the "shelter dogs" I have been taking care of, they're all special. Additionally, I have actively organized cat adoptions, connecting feline companions with loving forever homes. And in my family there always have been many animals (sometimes even up to 15... these were always rescued animals since my grandpa was a vet 🙂)

So yeah, I’m both - a dog and cat person!

I don't mind taking care of animals with special needs (either it's medical or behavioral). I am a human psychologist, but I constantly educate myself in zoopsychology/behviourism/nutrition and I was growing up with a vet grandpa :) I do have some medical knowledge too.

🐶🐱 My services:

I’m happy to offer home visits around my place (2km radius); walk your dog and take care of them at your place. Any size, age and personality - I'm very comfortable with dogs in general.

I could offer doggy care as well, but only if your dog is okay with cats’ companionship and I’d prefer smaller dogs in this case. I have a spacious flat and my kittens are healthy and friendly towards all the guests.

🏡 Home visits:

My regular routines involve providing pets with their favorite meals and fresh water, maintaining litter boxes, doing a little house tidying (especially cats aren't fans of litter scattered around), grooming if necessary, and engaging in extensive play sessions and affectionate moments. Basically, just spending some relaxed time together (depending on a cat’s preferences - sometimes is just being together with soothing music on). Additionally, I make sure to capture plenty of photos and videos to reassure you that your loved one is having a nice time 🙂 

Usually, it takes min. 30mins, but I tend to stay longer, especially if I can see that a little friend needs a bit more play time or attention (sometimes it’s just too hard to leave!).
