Hi there! My name is Yunus and I am a 28 year old masters student at Heinrich Heine Universty. I am an experienced cat dad and have my own furbaby staying in Istanbul while I complete my education. Her name is Mila and you can see her with me in my pictures :). Although I currently only have a cat, when I was a child, we also had a dog in the house, so I love spending time with both cat and dogs. Istanbul and Turkey in general also have lots of stray cats and dogs and I would leave food for them in the street. While completing my undergraduate degree, I was apart of my university's Animal Protection Club. As a club member, we would volunteer at various animal shelters and feed the dogs, clean their space, and play with them. I love caring for animals and I find it very rewarding when an animal trusts me to be around them and take care of them.
