Hey there!
I'm Lucy, I am 26 years old and I am originally from England.
I am only sitting cats/rodents/birds at this time, no dog requests please 🙏
As stated, I am professionally experienced in pet sitting. I was doing this for around two years, and built up many loyal clients. Then, unfortunately, the pandemic hit. I had to find a new job. I'd love to get back into pet sitting, as it brings me so much joy to look after your pets. So, I'm trying again with this new website. I have looked after cats, dogs small and large, guinea pigs and hamsters, so far. I have also successfully administered oral medicine to a sick guinea pig, and helped him get better whilst his owners had to go away.
The reason why I love being a pet sitter is simple; I love animals! I have also grown up around animals, and enjoy their company.
In my experience, it is always best to provide your pets with their own beds, since they like the smell of something familiar. But my sofa or arm chair is also an option :) I also have a large pet bed (see photos). I still have some pet bowls, for them to eat/drink from. Please provide your own food and toilets etc, if applicable. I live in a quiet street, away from the main road. I have no balcony and live on the first floor.
For house sitting:
I will come to your house to visit free of charge, since this is the best option and I can meet your pets, get to know your place and yourself 😊
For pet boarding:
I can come and meet your pets, if you feel this is necessary. A phone call or video chat is also an option.
Daily feeding:
Please only request this if you live nearby. (S1 Yorckstr under a approximate 5km radius).
For work, I mostly work from home. I work just 20 hours per week (Tuesday/Wedsday/Thursday), I sometimes need to leave the apartment for a few hours on these days.
