Moin! 

Mein name is Geneva und ich bin Studentin am KIT fur geophysik. Ich komme aus den USA, aber ich habe seit Oktober hier gelebt. Ich spreche nur ein bisschen Deutsch aber ich lerne. 

I hope it is ok to write some in English. I moved to Karlsruhe last October for school and I definitely miss having animals around! I grew up with dogs and cats, and have houses and pet sat for multiple people in the past. I would love to be able to spend time with some animals, since I miss the ones I had back home! This would also give me a way to earn a little extra money to support my education here, since I am funding my degree by myself. While I cannot petsit in my own apartment, I am willing and able to come to most areas within Karlsruhe fairly easily, between living in the Waldstadt area and studying in Weststadt area. 

A little extra about me: I love to read and spend time with friends or family, and I try to get outside as often as possible. I love hiking and am excited to get out on weekends or in the evenings for walks around the forest, the Schlossgarten, or adventures further out!
