Hi, pet parents 🙋‍♀️

My name is Daša and I’ve started walking dogs and pet sitting because I miss the love and joy my two girls (my dog and cat) gave me for 11 and 18 wonderful years. ❤️🪽
I’ve cared for pets of all ages and stages, and I’m the go-to sitter for friends whenever they need help.  

A little about my apartment:
While I’m happy to walk and care for dogs of all sizes, my cozy and bright apartment is ideal for smaller dogs and cats. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful and relaxing environment for animals. It’s also close to parks, Mauerpark is just 15 minutes away - perfect for walks and playtime. I have a car, and if your pet enjoys car rides, we can explore parks, rivers, and lakes around the city on my days off. 🌳

Pet safety and honesty:
Your pet’s safety and wellbeing is my top priority. Please let me know in advance if your pet isn’t house-trained or has habits like frequent barking, as I live in a quiet building with neighbors to consider. I would love to discuss any behavioral issues I should be aware of to ensure the best experience for everyone involved. I’d also like to be informed about your pet’s health and any medications they may need. 💊

Daily care and attention:

• Walks are guaranteed 2 to 3 times a day, for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your pet’s needs and preferences. I’d love to hear about your pet’s characteristics - after all, no one knows them better than you. 😊 
• Your pet will always be safe, well-fed, hydrated, cared for, loved, and played with. They’ll have plenty of attention and can relax wherever they feel most comfortable - in their favorite spot on the couch, by the balcony, on my lap, or even on the bed if they are super cuddly. If they feel safest in their own bed, feel free to bring it along.
• Pets will never be left alone for more than a quick trip to the store, and even that is rare since I work from home and live with my partner, who also loves animals and will be a great roomie for your pet. I'm very lucky and my work is super flexible so your pet will always have company. 🏡
• If your pet is staying with me, I only take one pet at a time (or two from the same household) to ensure they receive all the attention, comfort and love they’re used to.

A little about me:
I’m a 28-year-old Slovenian Book Studies Master who moved to Berlin last year to explore new opportunities. When I’m not here, I’m likely solo traveling, exploring cool old libraries and surfing. 🏄‍♀️

I’ve volunteered at a shelter in Slovenia and still organize donation drives for animals in need. I also continuously take courses on pet safety, behavior and nutrition, to be as sharp as I can. 🐾
