Hey! My name is Markus and I am 31 years old originally from Sweden but relocated to Berlin back in 2019. I live here now together with my wife to be in a big flat with a private garden, running our e-commerce business from home.
I was just back in Sweden for Christmas and spent a lot of time together with my family's two border terriers, playing around and exploring the forest with Myran (2 years, her name translates to "The Ant") and making sure our dear Nova that is turning 16 now in April peed outside and didn't walk any stairs. I miss them on a daily basis and given the fact that a side gig like pet sitting could, I guess, be combined with exercising makes me want to explore the possibility.
Me and my fiancé are discussing having a dog on a weekly basis but have decided it's not time just quite yet. We often go to her parents in Fulda, south of Frankfurt and take their Malteser with us wherever we are while there.
Back in the days I got a Pug together with another partner and after splitting up we decided he should stay with her and I had to move on with only the great memories with me. We named him Lucifer and it means Bringer of Light. I think that was a valuable experience.
The largest dogs I have taken care of is Amstaffs, Rottweilers and labradors :-)

Everything was perfect with Markus. He is a true animal lover and our dog had a lot of fun while being there :)) can definitely recommend!
Markus has been absolutely amazing with my 11mo old rescue Phoebe. Pheebs is not the easiest dog, she’s in the midst of her puberty, high energy and a bit reactive meaning that you really have to work on earning her trust and letting you pet her. Markus did a fantastic job, had a lot of patience with her and you can tell that he’s got a lot of experience with dogs. On day two of day sitting, Phoebe didn’t even want to leave the garden anymore. BIG THANK YOU, Markus.
