Hi there! I’m Miry, a responsible pet lover originally from Mexico, currently doing a master’s Degree at the University of Göttingen. I recently moved to Bremen in September due to my boyfriend’s job, and I'm excited to start caring for pets in this new city! 

My journey with animals began in 2012 when my family adopted a street cat, changing our lives forever. Through him, I learned how to care for and play with cats, the importance of regular vet check-ups, and ensuring a proper diet. We created so many nice and funny memories but sadly, after several years, we had to say goodbye to our little friend. A year later, we decided to adopt again. Surprisingly our adopted cat was pregnant and that's how we ended up with 4 lovely trouble makers in our home in Mexico. Thanks to them, I have more than 10 years of experience caring for cats. Also, I've learned several techniques for giving them medicine when needed, so if your cat requires medication, it won't be a problem for me. 

Earlier this year, I joined Pawshake and started caring for different pets in Göttingen. While I mainly cat-sit, I’ve also taken care of dogs and even some beautiful parakeets. When I do house visits, I always make sure to play with the pets, keeping them happy, healthy and well-cared for. Plus, as some reviews mention, I usually take nice pictures of your furry friends so you can feel connected and assured while you’re away.
