Sie schickte uns tägliche Updates mit zahlreichen Fotos und Videos, sodass wir unsere Katzen glücklich und gut versorgt sehen konnten. Sie ging sogar noch einen Schritt weiter und dokumentierte Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie das Sichern von Fenstern und Türen, was uns während unserer Reise völlige Seelenruhe gab. We were extremely happy with our experience with Elena as our cat sitter. During our vacation she took excellent care of our two cats, providing daily updates with photos and videos that kept us reassured. What we appreciated most was her professionalism in handling an emergency with one of our cats: Elena immediately identified the problem, coordinated with the veterinarian, and administered the prescribed medication. If she hadn’t recognized the issue in time, the consequences could have been very serious, and for this we are especially grateful. On top of that, she kindly came over multiple extra times just to make sure our sick cat was properly cared for during the emergency.
