We booked Bessie for the first time this week and I was very happy with her service. After so many disappointments from trying to find a petsitter and often struggling with getting adequate communication, Bessie is true to her word! Before the first petsitting day, she asked multiple questions that would make the day with our dog optimal, both for us and for her. She communicated with me throughout the day and kept me posted on my furbaby. I can tell that Bessie really wants to do her best with the service she provides and also wants to make sure that the pets she looks after are cared for and loved in the best way. I already have my next booking with Bessie lined up and am happy to have found her!

I am totally happy with Janina as my dog sitter! It was the first time that I had to leave Prosper somewhere else because he can't stay alone well yet - but I immediately felt comfortable with her. The communication was super uncomplicated, everything was easy to organise - even if it was a very spontaneous thing. I received photos and updates while she was looking after him and she even took care of giving him his eye drops. When we picked him up, he wasn't stressed at all. You can just tell he was comfortable with her. She also has a lot of experience with large dogs and I was really pleased about that! Absolutely recommendable!
