I couldn’t find better! I used to work as wildlife animal rescuer which also included many difficult medical and behavioral cases including dogs and cats. I have quite a lot of experience in working with animals and people and to my judgement based on my previous experiences Alexandra and her husband are the most warm, accommodating and competent people I could find on this app to take care of my dog. I’m an owner of medically complex, reactive and traumatized dog that fled the war and was born homeless on the streets of Ukraine. This was my first time finding a petsitter for my girl and I was really anxious about it due to fact that taking care of my dog is just simply a challenge on many levels. Before booking the service I spoke to Alexandra and provided her all the essential info about my dog to let her decide if they want to take care of my dog. After booking we met for a short talk. I felt really accommodated and I became sure that I found the right people. Alexandra was willing to take every extra steps to prepare for taking my dog like having a short walk, feeding my dog with me, making sure medical instructions are understood well etc. After I left Runa I was getting pictures of my dog a few times a day with lovely messages and observations that only experienced animal caretaker can make. Even though my dog is rather anxious one, on the pictures I received I noticed that my girl was mostly relaxing and resting so I know she was in the right hands. I would also like to mention that Alexandra’s flat is extremely well taken care of, very clean and just lovely so I was sure that my dog is safe. The couple is really warm and pleasant to be around and I could really recognize that they both love animals. Also I want to mention that they’re both extremely considerate and asked the right questions all the time. I was quite insecure about the complexity of the challenge that my dog is but both made me feel sure that my dog isn’t that difficult and Runa was treated with proper care and love. After picking my dog I noticed that the experience didn’t affect my dog negatively at all. I also received a lovely instax photo of Runa which is a sweet memory for me. I will definetly book Alexandra again and I would like to recommend the couple with all my heart 🤍

Preeti was an amazing pet sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took wonderful care of my little boy over the weekend, and I was impressed by how communicative she was throughout his stay. She kept me updated regularly, which gave me complete peace of mind. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and loving she was with my dog. It was clear that she treated him like her own, giving him plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and cuddles.
