Hello, I'm Mai from the Philippines!
Growing up in the tropics, I was constantly surrounded by dogs, cats, and birds, thanks to my family's profound love for animals. When I moved abroad, I couldn't bring my furry friends with me, and I deeply missed their companionship. That's when I decided to start pet sitting! I've spent my entire life caring for pets, tending to their daily needs, and I also used to volunteer for animal shelters back in the Philippines which gave me experience fostering dogs before adoptions, so this felt like a natural fit.
Now, I live with my boyfriend (who loves animals as much I do) in Hamburg, Stellingen near Hagenbecks Tierpark. We do work full-time but I work remotely three days a week excluding weekends, giving me ample time at home so it will be me who will be with your pet all the time. Our flat is 80sqm with 2 rooms and a spacious living room where the pets can stay off leash and relax however they want. Our place is conveniently close to parks for walks and exercise as well so there should be no issues reaching your pet's step count on a daily if you choose to :)
For the moment, I'm open to accepting dogs because they are who I'm most well versed at in terms of the needed attention and care. My services includes dog walking- 30mins-1hr should be fine but it depends on the dog's needs ofcourse. I can also do dog boarding and accommodate from pups to adult ones with no problems. Doggy daycare is also an option if you're not gonna be away for long and just need a temporary carer :) I do not have a resident pet in the flat so rest assured that all attention will be given to the furry visitor of the day :)
