Ally & Michael

We are Ally and Michael and we live in Frankfurt (Rödelheim) with our 2.5 year old female Havanese named Nola. We are a German-Canadian-Polish family with a fenced-in garden. We have been dog owners for a combined 20 years and are experienced with dog sitting multiple small to medium dogs, which we have been doing in Germany for the last 5 years. We have a flexible work schedule and work from home so that one of us is always home. We speak English, German, and Polish.

What you can expect from us:

- we offer dog boarding only - doggy daycare occasionally available upon enquiry

- we will have 1 guest dog with us

- walks 3x a day (more or less frequently as required)

- potty breaks on the terrace

- play and exercise - more or less depending on the dogs needs or limitations

- feeding according to your instructions with exceptional care to avoid any cross-contamination. We can also administer oral medication.

- positive enforcement and training - we believe that good behaviour deserves praise and are keen to ensure we help encourage any training efforts you make with your pup

- we respect and enforce your house rules for your dog in our home e.g. if at home your dog is not allowed on furniture, they won’t be allowed on ours, if your dog sleeps on the bed, they can sleep on ours, etc. Note: due to allergens, we do not allow shedding dogs into the bed.

- we will send you photos, videos, and updates through the stay

What we expect from our guests:

- potty trained

- castrated males

- females who are not in the heat cycle

- small to medium dogs only up to 14kg

What you should bring:

- pet passport (required)

- leash and harness or collar (required)

- food/treats (required)

- bed*

- bowls*

- toys*

*only really required if your dog will not use anything but their own items, otherwise we are happy to supply these items as they are readily available in our home.
