Imagine this: your beloved dog chilling in a cosy Berlin Altbau, living its best life while you're off on your adventures 🐶🏝️. That's where I come in. I'm a 40-year-old journalist with over 25 years of experience caring for dogs and other animals.

I'm remarkably experienced with dachshunds. I know to make them feel safe and at home and pamper them like royalty; I understand their health needs, spunkiness, and stubbornness, and I love 'em all. 🥰

  • 🐶 Lola is the 5-year-old dachshund who lives in the flat and reigns as the queen of the house. Despite this, she is more than happy to share her throne with another short-legged dog!

  • 🏠 Home: I reside in a spacious, dog-safe, 2-room apartment, and your dog will have ample space to play and relax.

  • 🦮 Walks: Your dog, Lola, and I will mostly explore Fhain Parks, and we will all get our daily dose of exercise with 2-3 walks a day.

  • ❗Special needs: Working from home allows me to accommodate your dog's needs; anxious dogs can receive extra attention and care upon request.

    • Now, let's talk logistics:

    1. 🐕 Before you and your pup's holiday begins, give me an inside look at their quirks and habits—the good, the bad, and the so-adorable! Please share all essential details: Feeding schedule, exercise needs, bathroom breaks, sleeping arrangements, behavioural notes, health concerns, etc.

    2. 🎒 Please pack your pup bag with all they will need: their bedding, food, treats, bowls, toys, poop bags, you name it—and leave the rest to me.

    3. 🚗 I can't offer a chauffeur service, but you can drop off and pick up your fur baby.

    4. 💉 I prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of all dogs in my care. I kindly request that all dogs meet the following requirements: Up-to-date vaccinations, current flea and tick prevention treatment, regular deworming, socialization and friendliness with other dogs, house-trained, and free from contagious illnesses.

    5. 📷 Would you like to receive a daily report along with a picture of your dog during their stay? I'm more than happy to provide that service as well!

      6. Got questions? Special requests? Write me! Whether administering medication or providing grooming services, I can accommodate you and your dog's needs.

      For an extra fee, I can also offer a range of grooming services:

      1. 🦷🪥 Brush teeth and gums cleaning.

      2. 🛁 Bathing services with gentle, pet-safe products to ensure their skin stays healthy and their coat remains shiny.

      3. 🫧 Ear Cleaning: Remove dirt and wax buildup.

      4. 🪮 Brushing and Combing.

      5. ✂️ Nail Trimming.

        6. Please let me know if you have any specific grooming requests or preferences, and I'll gladly accommodate them during your pet's stay.
