Most of comforting is non-verbal because we forget words quickly. That's why we feel that the presence of our domestic pets is comforting. And that's why I feel so comfortable around cats.

When I was living in my family, we would at least have 3 cats in the house and we were always happy to welcome more. I truly believe that their presence is therapeutical.

I always love chasing them, being chased by them and petting them when they're playful or even napping. It's so much fun to observe their spontaneous reactions every time. However, the happiest time of all is when I bring their food and all their senses get alerted because they know that their treats are here. 

I never think that spending time with cats is a task but rather a therapy session where there's only a love exchange.

Currently I am taking care of my landlady's cat since I'm home most of the time.
Back in my country, I used to adopt street cats when I was living with my family and get them vaccinated. But since I moved to Bonn one year ago I didn't have my own cat as I was busy trying to settle in. Now, I feel that I would like to be taking care of cats again and help people who lack availability to look after their cats. Hence, I'd rather take care of vaccinated ones.
