Heya! Im Anastasia, from Germany, and I studied in the Netherlands for my BA, and now my Masters in Sweden. During my studies, I also lived in New Zealand and met my dear friend, who inspired me to start housesitting/taking care of dogs! You'll often find me embracing an organized and healthy lifestyle. As a bit of a homebody, I spend quality time indoors, catching up with new Netflix shows, trying our new online courses, and, of course, showering pets with extra cuddles and attention. However, when I do venture out, it's usually to catch up with a friend over coffee and indulge in some good gossip ☕️
Dogs have held a special place in my heart since my childhood, and I've always been drawn to their loyal companionship and affection. In fact, I've often been THAT friend who visits solely to spend time with their dog. My dog Luna has taught me the importance of providing undivided attention and care for dogs, and I am pretty good at analysing dog's behaviours and understanding their needs with patience and empathy (with some extra cuddles too). Each moment spent with animals is cherished, and I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by pet owners. I know how it feels when you leave for a holiday and have to leave your pet behind, so I understand the importance of safety and love in my care. Sadly, I have personally experienced inadequate care with Luna when I was travelling, which left her with trauma. This reinforced my dedication to providing only the best care for every pet. I'm also capable of setting firm boundaries when necessary, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all!
Lastly, I'll keep you updated on all the cuddle sessions your fluffy friend is having under my care! Whether you prefer daily updates or just a few to ensure peace of mind during your holiday, I'm open to your preferences.
