I am an experienced pet sitter who offers a cozy space and loads of affection for your dog in my house together with my beloved four-leg companion. I am a biologist, I recently finished my Ph.D., and I am working on my project from home. Hence, I am flexible and I can dedicate a lot of time to your dog. Indoors, the doggies have a quiet space to rest and play (I have several toys and resources). Outdoors, they will enjoy lovely walks as I live in a very green area, near a small forest and the river, and I have a little garden in front of the house.

EXTRA BENEFITS 

I have always been surrounded by animals, adopting my dog 13 years ago, and taking care of other doggies (of different sizes, breeds, and personalities) on numerous occasions. Sometimes, I cared for them daily (e.g., the same dogs for over a year), and other times for shorter periods or occasionally (depending on the parent's needs). When I take care of other animals, my greatest ally is my dog, Golfo. He has an exceptional and gentle character, which seems to match very well with some dogs, such as anxious dogs. 

I am afraid I must avoid large and non-castrated males, as my dog and them might become reactive, and I do not want to take that risk. Overall, my priority is the dog's well-being. I also have experience with cats, lizards, rodents, birds, etc. and Golfo gets along with them too, so if they are used to being accommodated outside their homes, I can also take care of them. 

For the dog's safety and everyone's peace of mind, before committing to sit any dog/other animals, would be crucial to meet beforehand, see how the dogs react, and go through several bullet points (e.g., medications, behavioral issues, schedules, etc.). Honest and open communication is essential to me, and I assume also for the dog's parents, so I frequently send updates and pictures.
