Hello. My name is Jamey and I'm a US American living in Hamburg and miss having animals in my life, hence I want to pet sit. I'm learning German but I'm not fluent. I currently work with children but had the opportunity presented itself, I would be working in animal care.

Past experiences with animal care includes having my own cats and dogs, directing a goshsla (cow sanctuary) for one year, veterinary assistance (not licensed ((this was in India and things run a bit differently there), pet sitting (at pet's home and my home), field research, animal rescue, volunteering at multiple animal sanctuaries around the world, and reading of animal psychology. I'm sure there is more. I've done a lot of things in my life.

Personal information includes being vegan for over twenty-one years, directing environmental and humanitarian work in India and Haiti for almost a decade, environmental advocacy, public speaking about non-violent philosophy and sustainable living, bicycle advocacy, childcare, senior care, and lots and lots of volunteering in a variety of fields.

My home is pet friendly and has hosted many dogs. It's a spacious apartment. It is a third floor walk-up. I can carry the animals up and down if they are seniors or in need of help. And while I'm vegan, you're companions will eat what they normally eat, vegan or otherwise.

Spending time with your little loved ones would really be a privilege and one I'm hoping you can trust me with. My main interest is in spending time with dogs but all other animal care is open for discussion.
