Marketa

Hi! We are Marketa and Hans, couple living in Potsdam West next to the Park Sanssouci. I come originally from Prague, my partner is Potsdamer.

We are big animal lovers and we enjoy getting to know all the different characters of individual pets. Because we are often travelling we did not want to take a pet of our own, since we worried to cause it too much stress from constant move. Instead we started to foster rescue cats before they find their permanent home. We have been doing this for almost three years now.

We also love dogs and are happy to care for your dog friend for the time when you are gone. When I was growing up my family had adorable labrador called Oscar. My partner has an experience with wide range of dog characters and breeds. When we were living in the Great Britain, we offered occasional dog-sitting services on private basis.

We are offering house-boarding, day-care, individual walks and house visits. Beforehead we always prefer to do short meet and greet session so we can all get to know each other and discuss all necessary details regarding your pet.

We live in a basement flat with access from the house or from the garden, the access from outside has only three stairs. Our flat is relatively small with a small sitting area in the garden. The animals have restricted access to our bedroom and spend most of their time in the living room, which was carefully adjusted to be pet-safe.

We are also perfectly equipped for accomodating cats, therefore we are able to house board cats as well. With us they can enjoy various toys and two scratching trees including one tall one going up to the ceiling. Apart from that I can also visit your cat at home, clean the litter box, give it a food, water, cuddles and play with it. I have some experience with tricking cats into eating medicine from their favorite food but I am afraid I would not trust myself with giving them a pill.
