"Francesca was very courteous with us - asked all the right questions, didn’t bat an eye at the many instructions we left her for the dogs - and the dogs’ reaction to her can be summarized like this: when we came back to get them, our labrador greeted us and turned back to go back to Francesca’s :) they clearly loved their stay. "

"Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Viktória gemacht und werden unseren Schatz gerne wieder von ihr betreuen lassen. Es fällt uns nicht leicht, unsere Fellnase abzugeben, aber Viki hat uns mit ihrer ruhigen und zuvorkommenden Art überzeugt. Während der Betreuung ist sie immer erreichbar und hat uns regelmäßige Updates und Fotos gesendet. Man merkt, dass sie sehr viel Erfahrung mit Tieren hat. "
