"Alyanna took great care of our 2 dogs!
We needed someone to look after our dogs quite spontaneously and were pretty desperate! Luckily Alyanna got back to us very quickly. Communication with her was smooth, so we were able to arrange something quickly and meet up.
Once we had to reschedule the meet and greet to another time on the same day because my partner, who was supposed to meet her, fell ill. Alyanna was relaxed about it and made it possible for me to meet with her later in the evening after work instead. We really appreciated that flexibility and understanding!
While we left our dogs at her care we received lots of updates with photos and videos which was great! And the dogs seemed to really like her from the start, which is very important to us. She was also always easy to contact and responded quickly. We fekt very safe with her.
Everything worked out great and we felt very confident leaving our dogs with her. We're super happy and would leave them at her care anytime!

"Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir wurden regelmäßig mit Fotos und Videos versorgt, so dass wir immer wussten, wie es unserem Hund geht. Wir hatten durchgehend bei Phuong ein sehr gutes Gefühl und es verlief alles reibungslos! Auch konnten wir kurzfristig unsere Pläne anpassen, das war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Betreuung wieder nutzen.
