Hello! I'm Sandra, a Spanish woman living in Berlin. 
I am a dog sitter with 5 years of experience both in Amsterdam and Berlin. I'm also a former dog owner. I have taken care of several dogs of different breeds including Border Collie, Poodle, Cooker Spanish, Shiba, German Shepherd, Dachshund, etc.
Details: I live in an area with a lot of nature and big parks where I like to walk the dog, as I'm also a nature lover. I take care of them at my home.
I usually go for 3 walks a day and I like to take the dog with me when I go out to meet my friends. 
I learn the tricks the dog knows in the language they are used to so they get familiar with me faster. 
I ask what their routine is like so that I imitate it when the dog is with me and they feel more comfortable.
I am very bubbly and energetic which usually dogs love, as I am very playful and we have tons of fun together. They also love to just watch me with a lot of curiosity to be honest haha Of course I love to wind down with them as well when they are in that mood. 
As a dog lover, I really enjoy taking care of dogs and spending time with them. As mentioned before, I have a lot of experience with this, as well as the fact that I am a former dog owner.

Hallo! Ich betreue seit über zehn Jahren Hunde, besonders jene aus dem Tierschutz oder mit schwierigen Vorgeschichten. Ich habe vier Hunde über längere Zeit begleitet, trainiert und sozialisiert, bis sie wieder Vertrauen, Sicherheit und Freude am Alltag gefunden haben. Diese Erfahrung hat mich gelehrt, wie wichtig Geduld, Empathie und klare Kommunikation sind – sowohl mit Mensch als auch mit Tier.
Ich wohne in einer großen, hellen Wohnung im zweiten Stock, direkt am Waldrand. Hier gibt es viele sichere Wege für Spaziergänge, Wiesen zum Toben und eine ruhige, hundefreundliche Nachbarschaft.
Je nach Bedarf biete ich Spaziergänge, Tagesbetreuung oder liebevolle Gesellschaft an. Ich passe mich dem individuellen Rhythmus jedes Hundes an, ob jung, alt, ängstlich oder energiegeladen. Ruhephasen, Bewegung und Fütterung erfolgen strukturiert und stressfrei. Bei sensiblen Hunden arbeite ich mit sanften Trainingsmethoden (positive Verstärkung, klare Körpersprache).
Ich habe Grundkenntnisse in Erster Hilfe für Hunde und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Notfällen, Medikamentengabe und speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnissen.
Mein Ziel: Dass Ihr Hund sich sicher, verstanden und geborgen fühlt – fast wie zu Hause, nur mit neuem Lieblingsmenschen.


Nachdem ich als Kind und junge Erwachsene selbst immer Haustiere hatte, von Reptilien über Fische, Meerschweine, Katzen und Hunde konnte ich viel Erfahrung sammeln Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mich um andere Lebewesen zu kümmern.
Als ich nach Berlin gezogen bin, war meine erste Wohnung die einer Familie, welche für ein paar Monate vereist war. Dort habe ich auf ihren Hund und ihre Katze aufgepasst. Diese Nähe zu dem Haustier war etwas was ich wirklich vermisst habe.
Mittlerweile hat meine Tochter Fische als Haustiere, um selbst auch auf den Geschmack zu kommen, ein Haustier zu haben und zu lernen für andere verantwortlich zu sein und sich zu kümmern. Ein anderes Haustier passt leider aktuell nicht zu unserem Leben. Ich möchte jedoch anderen Menschen ermöglichen trotz Haustier in den Urlaub zu fahren, eine Kur wahrzunehmen, die Familie zu besuchen oder weshalb auch immer sie einen Haustiersitter suchen. Auch stundenweise Betreuung oder Gassigehen kann ich mir gut vorstellen um die Besitzer in ihrem Alltag zu unterstützen.
Ihr Haustier ist bei mir in besten Händen und ich werde es nach Ihren Wünschen mit größter Sorgfalt versorgen. Denn ich weiß wie wertvoll ein tierisches Familienmitglied ist.


Hello, my name is Abdo. Let me introduce you to someone much more important Leil. He is a sweet Egyptian street dog (“Baladi”) who came into my life 4 years ago when my friend moved in with me in Cairo.

Leil didn’t have an easy start in life and is a slightly anxious dog. Living with him taught me a lot about dog behavior, patience, and understanding animals. At first, he wasn’t very excited about me  but after a couple of days, we became friends. Over time, we bonded and he became a big part of my life.

After some life changes, Leil was apart from us for a year, and we finally reunited again in Berlin. That experience made me appreciate him even more.

I’m offering dog walking and dog sitting. I enjoy spending time with dogs and taking care of them, and maybe it will also be a nice way for Leil to meet other dogs .
