"Da ich nur für einen Tag in München war, habe ich Claudia in einem kurzen Video-Telefonat vorab kennenlernen dürfen und die wesentlichen Details besprochen. Alle Vereinbarungen wurden eingehalten und ich hatte vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Abholung immer ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Mein Goldie hat sich offensichtlich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. "We met Bianca on Saturday to look after our dog for a few hours and she had a very calm, gentle presence. When we arrived back home she gave us a rundown of how Chloé was during the day and always responded to messages in good time.
