"Wir durften vor dem Termin die Wohnung und die Bewohner kennenlernen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und alles war wie vereinbart. Sandra und ihr "Anhang" sind sehr nett und freundlich. Pancho hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt!

"We met Bianca on Saturday to look after our dog for a few hours and she had a very calm, gentle presence. When we arrived back home she gave us a rundown of how Chloé was during the day and always responded to messages in good time.
