Ayesha communicated in a way that was really reassuring - I quickly developed confidence because I think she genuinely cares about wellbeing of animals. I felt like I could trust her with the wellbeing of my blind cat. Ayesha genuinely wanted to know how to support a blind cat in the best possible way - which I appreciated very deeply! 💖"
