Top cities for house sitting in Germany

Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Königs Wusterhausen home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Königs Wusterhausen.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Königs Wusterhausen home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hi, I'm Tiago, a Brazilian pet lover who has grown up surrounded by dogs and cats my whole life. Being around animals has always been necessary for me, and I genuinely enjoy caring for them. I love being active and believe that spending time outside is healthy and much more fun when pets are involved! Whether it's playing fetch, running, or just a relaxed walk in the park, I'm always up for ensuring your pets get the exercise and attention they need.
I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and happy when their owners are away, and I treat each one as my own. From cuddles and playtime to regular outdoor adventures, I'm here to provide your furry friends with the best care possible, keeping them entertained and loved while you're away.

I have three years of experience caring for big and small dogs (always vaccinated), and now I have added my new friend, a cat, to my little crew.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with me.

Hi! I’m Valentina, I’m 29 and I grew up in the countryside surrounded by animals. From a very young age, I learned to care for all kinds of animals with love, patience, and respect. This early experience gave me a deep connection and genuine passion for animals of all kinds.
I’m a responsible and caring dog sitter currently based in Berlin, available for daytime care, home visits, feeding, and walks. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the day. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and relaxed, I adapt easily to their personality and routine.

Safety and well-being are my top priorities. I make sure your furry friend is always well-fed, comfortable, and receives plenty of attention and affection. You can trust me to care for your dog as if they were my own, with genuine love and dedication.
I’m at your service with real pet love, ready to give your dog the care and attention they deserve!

I’ve loved animals—especially dogs—since I was a small child in the US, where I spent hours playing and caring for our collie, Misty. My family has always had dogs + a cat, and I've raised and trained my own pups for the last 20+ years (mostly rescues).
As I grew closer and closer to dogs, I learned as much as I could about canine behavior, nutrition, and training methods—raising and training my own dogs, pet sitting for friends and colleagues, and even rescuing a few strays from the streets of Istanbul. Friends call me a 'dog whisperer' thanks to my gift for guiding dogs through every life stage, from energetic puppies to contented seniors... and beyond. I deeply understand dogs of all kinds. I’ve worked with border collies, huskies, labradors, shepherds, spaniels, dachshunds, bulldogs, and of course mixed breeds and rescues. I love them all!
Based in Berlin since 2017 and formerly a research analyst and editor, I recently chose to turn my passion into a full-time career. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet, so I offer flexible, personalized services—boarding at your home or mine, personalized doggie daycare, and dog-walking—tailored to each animal's needs.
I personally know how stressful it can be to leave your pet—even for a few hours—worrying about meals, walks, and whether your furry friend is feeling anxious. My goal is to eliminate that stress by offering personalized service tailored to each pup's needs: long walks through favorite routes, enriching play sessions (including puzzle toys and games!), soothing belly rubs, and daily updates complete with photos and observations.
I take pride in tailoring my approach to meet each client's needs. Whether it’s engaging a high-energy border collie in agility drills or comforting a senior pup with gentle cuddles, I find immense satisfaction in creating moments of joy and trust. Pet sitting isn’t just a job for me—it’s a heartfelt calling that allows me to celebrate the extraordinary bond between humans and their animal companions, one adorable, wagging tail at a time. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!

I genuinely love spending time with animals and I am highly motivated to work as a pet sitter. I recently moved from Istanbul, a city where cats and dogs are part of everyday life, and I have grown up constantly caring for and interacting with them. Being attentive to animals’ behavior, needs, and emotions has become second nature to me.

I have hands-on experience with both cats and dogs, including feeding, walking, litter box cleaning, and providing companionship. I am comfortable following specific routines, feeding schedules, and house rules, and I always respect owners’ instructions carefully. I am calm and patient with shy, anxious, or energetic pets, and I adapt my approach based on each animal’s personality.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, reliability, and organization. In unexpected situations, I stay calm, observe the pet closely, and act responsibly according to the owner’s guidance. My goal is always to ensure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.

Animals naturally trust me, and I connect with them instantly. I provide loving, attentive care with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and personalized attention. I love keeping pets happy and entertained! I will take them on relaxing or playful walks, spend time playing their favorite games, and make sure they get plenty of cuddles and attention Whether it’s long grooming sessions, long walks and play time, or simply keeping your furry friend happy and comfortable...
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I'm a photographer and filmmaker, so I would also love to make and send you professional level photographies and video updates of your beloved pet, so you never miss a moment and also can have a cute memory of them.
Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority, so don't skip any details about them when we're getting to know each other: their daily routine, favorite activities, any allergies or special needs, health conditions, medications, and behavior around other pets or people. The more I know, the happier and safer your pet will be!

Hi, I'm Udisha, and I live in Schöneweide, 12439. Since I stay at home, I’m flexible and can visit your pet at any time that suits you. I have a cat named Bean, and as a fellow pet parent, I understand the importance of providing the best care for your pets while you’re away.
When I visit, I’ll not only feed your pet but also ensure they get plenty of playtime and attention. If you have any specific requests, feel free to let me know, and I’ll be happy to accommodate.
I have lots of experience in caring for both cats and dogs.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the day with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in caring hands.
I prioritize fast and clear communication, as I know how important it is to feel confident when trusting someone with your pet.
I look forward to meeting you and your pet!! ️

My love for animals has always been a big part of who I am, and becoming a pet sitter allows me to turn that passion into something truly meaningful. I find so much joy in caring for pets — whether it’s taking dogs on long, happy walks, playing with energetic puppies, or simply providing calm companionship to shy cats. Animals have a special way of bringing comfort and happiness, and I love being someone they can trust and feel safe with when their owners are away.
Pet sitting gives me a sense of purpose because I know I’m helping both pets and their families. I’m committed to making each pet feel loved, secure, and stress-free in their own environment. It’s not just about feeding or cleaning — it’s about forming a bond and treating them like my own. For me, pet sitting is the perfect mix of care, connection, and joy.

Hallo liebe Hundefreunde!
