Also communication with Bernardo was really well, he was interested to learn about the pets, how to take care of them and what to keep in mind. While I was away he made sure to keep me posted with messages and also send me some Videos which I greatly appreciated. It is obvious Bernardo loves cats and really strives to make them happy.
