"Ana took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for almost two weeks, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter.
From the very beginning, she approached both cats with so much patience, kindness and sensitivity. She took the time to earn their trust, always respected their personalities and quickly built a great relationship with both of them.
One of our cats requires medication twice a day due to a neurological condition. Ana handled this with incredible dedication and creativity. Even on the rare occasions when he wasn't in the mood to take his tablets, she always found a gentle and stress-free way to make it work 😉 Knowing that he was receiving his medication reliably every single day gave us enormous peace of mind throughout our vacation.
Communication was outstanding. Ana kept us updated proactively, sent us lovely messages, photos and videos after every visit, and was always quick to respond. We always knew how our cats were doing, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our trip.
When we returned home, both cats were happy and relaxed, and our apartment was exactly as we had left it.
Ana is incredibly reliable, caring and empathetic. We trusted her completely with both our pets and our home, and she exceeded all our expectations. We would book her again without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter 🥰"

"Anastasiia hat sich sehr liebevoll um unseren Kater Charlie gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben regelmäßig Fotos und kurze Updates erhalten, sodass wir unseren Urlaub ganz entspannt genießen konnten.
Charlie hat sich bei ihr offensichtlich wohlgefühlt. Sie ist pünktlich, aufmerksam und geht sehr verantwortungsvoll mit Tieren um. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sie sich Zeit zum Spielen genommen und auch auf kleine Details geachtet hat.

"Sarah is a great sitter and I would definitely recommend her. She took good care of our two cats for two weeks! She was very communicative and gave us daily updates / videos. Upon our return the cats and home were well taken care of.
There were a few issues (outside of her control) during the time Sarah was taking care of our cats and she was very communicative and worked to address them as quickly as she could.
Again Sarah is wonderful and would recommend."

"Vicente war ein absoluter Glücksgriff für Anton, Pünktchen und mich. Auf die ersten Kontaktmails hier hat er superschnell reagiert, das Kennenlernen war unkompliziert möglich und schon nach den ersten Minuten war klar, dass ich meine Stubentiger bei ihm in guten Händen weiß. Dieser erste Eindruck hat sich in den 2 Urlaubswochen mehr als bestätigt: Vicente hat sich richtig viel Zeit für Anton und Pünktchen genommen, mir täglich Updates über WhatsApp geschickt, was mir ein sehr, sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Er hat nicht nur gefüttert, gespielt, geknuddelt und das Katzenklo gereinigt, er hat sich auch darum gekümmert, dass die rausgeschleuderte Streu um die Toilette weggekehrt und der Futtermüll entsorgt ist – für mich in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einem Pferdehof mit extremer Fliegenbelastung im Hochsommer ein besonderer, nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil.
Vicente ist ein äußerst liebenswerter, warmherziger junger Mann mit dem Herz auf dem rechten Fleck. Er liebt Katzen und hat ein feines Gespür dafür, was sie mögen und (gerade) zulassen. Für meine zwei Plüschis war er der beste Katzenpapa auf Zeit, den ich mir hätte wünschen können. "Danke, Vicente", sagen Anton, Pünktchen und ich aus vollem Herzen. Und wir sagen auch: Bis bald!
Als allgemeiner Nachtrag: Ich habe zum ersten Mal über dieses Portal einen Katzensitter gesucht und gebucht; vorher hatte ich Nachbarn als Urlaubs-Back-up. Mich hat das Portal dank Vicente überzeugt. Danke für einen entspannten Urlaub."

"Wir hatten unsere beiden Mädchen für 15 Tage in Christys Hände gegeben, bzw unsere Schlüssel, für einen Hausbesuch täglich. Christy hat sich wunderbar mit den beiden verstanden, hat es sogar geschafft, dass Zaya, die scheue Katze, Treats von ihr angenommen hat und nicht sofort wieder unter dem Bett verschwunden ist. Sie hat nahezu täglich mit uns Kontakt gehabt, hat uns Updates und Fotos geschickt. Als wir wiedergekommen sind, waren die Fressplätze sauber, die Katzenklos auch und vor allem begrüßten uns zwei blitzmuntere Katzenmädchen, denen es richtig gut ging. Vielen herzlichen Dank Christy - und gerne wieder einmal! Zaya und Pumpkin und mein Mann und ich würden sich darüber freuen."
