"Ana took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for almost two weeks, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter.
From the very beginning, she approached both cats with so much patience, kindness and sensitivity. She took the time to earn their trust, always respected their personalities and quickly built a great relationship with both of them.
One of our cats requires medication twice a day due to a neurological condition. Ana handled this with incredible dedication and creativity. Even on the rare occasions when he wasn't in the mood to take his tablets, she always found a gentle and stress-free way to make it work 😉 Knowing that he was receiving his medication reliably every single day gave us enormous peace of mind throughout our vacation.
Communication was outstanding. Ana kept us updated proactively, sent us lovely messages, photos and videos after every visit, and was always quick to respond. We always knew how our cats were doing, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our trip.
When we returned home, both cats were happy and relaxed, and our apartment was exactly as we had left it.
Ana is incredibly reliable, caring and empathetic. We trusted her completely with both our pets and our home, and she exceeded all our expectations. We would book her again without hesitation and can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter 🥰"

There were a few issues (outside of her control) during the time Sarah was taking care of our cats and she was very communicative and worked to address them as quickly as she could.

"Wir hatten unsere beiden Mädchen für 15 Tage in Christys Hände gegeben, bzw unsere Schlüssel, für einen Hausbesuch täglich. Christy hat sich wunderbar mit den beiden verstanden, hat es sogar geschafft, dass Zaya, die scheue Katze, Treats von ihr angenommen hat und nicht sofort wieder unter dem Bett verschwunden ist. Sie hat nahezu täglich mit uns Kontakt gehabt, hat uns Updates und Fotos geschickt. Als wir wiedergekommen sind, waren die Fressplätze sauber, die Katzenklos auch und vor allem begrüßten uns zwei blitzmuntere Katzenmädchen, denen es richtig gut ging. "We are extremely happy with Jiefang’s care for our senior cats, Sakamoto and Suri. She is incredibly kind, loving, and attentive, especially when the cats were sad and missing us. Jiefang‘s calm and empathic way with them gave us of peace of mind while we were away.
Jiefang is very reliable and proactive. She came twice a day to feed them, clean the litter box, and spend quality time with them. We appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent, which made us feel connected and reassured throughout our trip.
