"Emi is an absolutely wonderful petsitter. She is very attentive, caring, and clearly genuinely loves animals. She sent us lots of videos and photos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind and made it easy to see that our cat was happy and well looked after. "We were extremely happy with our experience with Elena as our cat sitter. During our vacation she took excellent care of our two cats, providing daily updates with photos and videos that kept us reassured.
What we appreciated most was her professionalism in handling an emergency with one of our cats: Elena immediately identified the problem, coordinated with the veterinarian, and administered the prescribed medication. If she hadn’t recognized the issue in time, the consequences could have been very serious, and for this we are especially grateful.
On top of that, she kindly came over multiple extra times just to make sure our sick cat was properly cared for during the emergency.
Her dedication, reliability, and genuine love for animals were evident in everything she did. We wholeheartedly recommend Elena to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional cat sitter."
