"Jael hat sich ganz liebevoll um unseren Kater Jimmy gekümmert. Von Anfang an hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl, und das hat sich während der gesamten Betreuung bestätigt. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und zuverlässig, und wir haben regelmäßig Updates bekommen, was uns sehr beruhigt hat. Es war schön zu wissen, dass Jimmy nicht nur versorgt wird, sondern dass sich wirklich Zeit für ihn genommen wird. Man merkt, wie viel Herz und Tierliebe Jael mitbringt. "Ivana took care of our dogs on a last-minute booking and did a great job. From the first meeting she was very attentive, asking about their routines, habits, and all the little details to make them comfortable. While we were away she kept us updated and sent pictures regularly, which we really appreciated. When we came back, everything was in order and the dogs were happy and relaxed. We would definitely book with her again."
