"I am very grateful to have found such a loving home for Thor while I was away. He is a strong dog, but also kind-hearted and very sweet. That’s why it meant so much to me to see and feel how comfortable and safe he was with Elsimar and her partner. From the very first moment, they both treated Thor with a lot of love.
From the beginning, you can clearly notice Elsimar’s experience with dogs. I was very happy to see how interested she was in learning Thor’s routine so that his stay with her would be as comfortable as possible.
She has a very large park along the Rhine where the walks can be long. Since Thor is a big dog and needs to release a lot of energy, this was also very important in my decision.
I received photos and videos of Thor, as well as updates on how he was feeling in a new environment. This gave me great peace of mind, and I can say that Elsimar was not only observing him but truly taking good care of him.
I am very thankful to Elsimar for her time and affection with Thor. It was the first time I left him somewhere new, and I was very nervous. However, when I came to pick him up, he was so calm and attached to Elsimar. I can only recommend her, and we will definitely see each other again soon!"

"Wir sind absolut begeistert von Isabelles Betreuung unserer Shiba Inu Lilly! Lilly ist kein einfacher Hund – sie ist bei Fremden sehr skeptisch, braucht lange um Vertrauen aufzubauen und ist einfach absolut Shiba in der Pubertät! Umso mehr hat uns beeindruckt, wie souverän und einfühlsam Isabelle mit ihr umgegangen ist.
Isabelle hat bereits viel Erfahrung mit Hunden (und viel Erfahrung mit Shibas!) und man merkt das sofort – sie hat Lilly von Anfang an genau richtig „gelesen” und ist mit ihrer offenen, ruhigen Art direkt bei ihr angekommen. Lilly hat sich schneller eingewöhnt als wir es je erwartet hätten, und die beiden haben sofort eine echte Verbindung aufgebaut. Für einen Shiba ist das wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit!
Isabelle hat uns außerdem während des Tages regelmäßig mit Fotos über eine Gruppe auf dem Laufenden gehalten – das war Gold wert. Und als wir Lilly ausnahmsweise später abholen mussten, war das überhaupt kein Problem für sie.
Wir können Isabelle ohne jede Einschränkung weiterempfehlen, insbesondere auch für Hunde, die etwas mehr Fingerspitzengefühl brauchen. Lilly kommt definitiv wieder! "

"Thanks guys for looking after Kiki and Nala. We are allowed to take our dogs to work, but sometimes there are just to many meetings. Shilpi and Mahimi did a great job sitting the dogs. And the best thing, I was updated with pictures and videos on what was going on and how the two adjusted to the new environment very frequently. I would totally recommend Shilpi and Mahimi to others and we will definitely rebook!"

"Celia hat sich während der Betreuung außergewöhnlich liebevoll und verantwortungsvoll um meine Hündin Kira gekümmert. Von Anfang an hatte ich das Gefühl, dass Kira nicht nur gut versorgt, sondern wirklich als Teil der Familie aufgenommen wurde.
Da ich sehr kurzfristig eine Betreuung gesucht habe, möchte ich auch die Flexibilität sehr positiv hervorheben, das hat mit sehr geholfen.
Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Ich habe regelmäßig Updates erhalten und konnte meinen Aufenthalt völlig entspannt genießen, weil ich wusste, dass Kira in den besten Händen ist.
Als ich Kira abgeholt habe, war sie glücklich, ausgeglichen und offensichtlich sehr gut betreut worden. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, Menschen zu finden, die sich mit so viel Herz, Geduld und Aufmerksamkeit um einen Hund kümmern.
Ich kann Celia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde Kira jederzeit wieder mit bestem Gewissen zu ihr bringen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Betreuung!
