"We booked Bessie for the first time this week and I was very happy with her service.
After so many disappointments from trying to find a petsitter and often struggling with getting adequate communication, Bessie is true to her word!
Before the first petsitting day, she asked multiple questions that would make the day with our dog optimal, both for us and for her. She communicated with me throughout the day and kept me posted on my furbaby.
I can tell that Bessie really wants to do her best with the service she provides and also wants to make sure that the pets she looks after are cared for and loved in the best way.
I already have my next booking with Bessie lined up and am happy to have found her!"

"Die Kommunikation mit Anne war super schnell und unkompliziert und ein Treffen fix arrangiert. "Alyanna took great care of our 2 dogs!
We needed someone to look after our dogs quite spontaneously and were pretty desperate! Luckily Alyanna got back to us very quickly. Communication with her was smooth, so we were able to arrange something quickly and meet up.
Once we had to reschedule the meet and greet to another time on the same day because my partner, who was supposed to meet her, fell ill. Alyanna was relaxed about it and made it possible for me to meet with her later in the evening after work instead. We really appreciated that flexibility and understanding!
While we left our dogs at her care we received lots of updates with photos and videos which was great! And the dogs seemed to really like her from the start, which is very important to us. She was also always easy to contact and responded quickly. We fekt very safe with her.
Everything worked out great and we felt very confident leaving our dogs with her. We're super happy and would leave them at her care anytime!

"Gina und ihr Partner haben ganz liebevoll auf unseren Hund Moe aufgepasst. 😊 Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von Anfang an super ! Sie hat immer direkt geantwortet und war auch offen für ein Kennenlerntreffen, damit unser Moe sich erst einmal in Ruhe an alles gewöhnen kann. Da es das erste Mal war, dass wir unseren Hund abgegeben haben, waren wir natürlich etwas nervös. Umso schöner war es, dass Gina uns regelmäßig Fotos und Videos geschickt hat und uns immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten hat. Das hat uns total beruhigt und wir hatten die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, dass es unserem Kleinen richtig gut geht. Man merkt einfach, dass Gina und ihr Partner Hunde mögen und sich wirklich fürsorglich um sie kümmern. Sie haben Moe direkt das Gefühl gegeben, dass er „sicher“ ist. Als wir ihn abgegeben haben, hat er nur kurz zu uns geschaut und ist direkt mit beiden mitgegangen (was er normalerweise nie tut !) er hat zudem auch nicht geweint, sondern ist direkt mit Beiden mit. Wir würden ihn jederzeit wieder mit gutem Gefühl zu ihnen bringen und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder auf Gina zurück! 🐶"
