"Tien is the only pet sitter out of the 14 that I contacted who was true to her availability on her profile. Finding Tien was a relief after a frustrating experience with other pet sitters. It was my first time leaving my dog with someone who wasn't family or a close friend, but Tien's calm and professional demeanour put me at ease. "Lucy & Emily were everything we could have asked for in sitters for our dog 🥰They gave us great pictures and updates, were very sweet with our dog, & left our apartment in great condition. Our dog was looking for them when we came home, which is always a good sign that he likes a sitter 👍 You can tell they really like animals and they took such great care of our dog and i would definitely book them again. "Katrie stayed with our senior cat Viktor for 8 nights. We are anxious cat parents as Viktor has a thyroid condition and needs medicine twice a day, but Katrie took care of him very conscientiously and was proactive in alerting us to anything unusual. Her communication was excellent and regular updates helped to reassure us so we could relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying too much.
