"Viki is truly the best dog sitter you could ask for and such a wonderful person! This was the first time I left my Shih Tzu for three weeks, so I was naturally a bit nervous, but Viki made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring. She took amazing care of my dog and kept me updated with lots of photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my holiday. I’m so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to trust her again. Highly recommend!

"Nigel took very professional care of my dog, ensuring he had plenty of walks and regularly sending me photos, so I was reassured and kept up to date with what was happening. He was always in touch, and I could as well immediately tell he was an animal lover and understood dog behavior.

"Gina and Felipe took care of our dog, for a few weeks, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their attention to detail truly stood out. They carefully noted every single instruction and made sure they understood all of his routines and particularities.
They were incredibly thoughtful and cautious with all of his specific needs, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that they are genuinely affectionate with dogs and treat them with real love and care.
Communication was another huge positive: always clear, timely, and consistent. They sent daily updates and reports, and were always willing to clarify anything to make sure we were completely aligned.
We wholeheartedly recommend Gina and Felipe to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and loving dog sitters. Our good boy was in excellent hands!"

"Begum, Anil and their delightful Berlin were the perfect hosts for my 5 year old boy.
It was my first time leaving my dog for such a long time and they made it all so easy.
They listed to my instructions on feeding and daily routine, they even brushed his teeth! He got plenty of activity and attention and had a great time on his “holiday” .
I was able to relax during my time away knowing he was being well taken care of and Begum shared daily updates on their adventures.
A great experience! If you’re looking for someone to really take CARE of your pet, I could not recommend them enough "

"We cannot be more grateful and say enough wonderful things about Haein! She cared for our anxious rescue dog for an entire month while we were on our honeymoon, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Our dog can be very nervous around new people and new environments, but Haein took care of her with so much attention, patience, empathy, and genuine love.
She took the time to understand our dog’s routines, triggers, and comfort needs. We received regular updates, videos and photos, and thoughtful messages that immediately put us at ease. "Caterina saved us during a very special time - she took such great care of our shy and anxious dog while our family welcomed a new member. We felt completely at ease the whole time.
She was very understanding and super flexible. When we needed to extend the stay by two nights last minute, we knew that our dog was in good hands. Her whole family was wonderful with our dog and made her feel right at home - which for our dog takes a lot.

"Maria and her husband were both amazing professionals in every way. From the first moment they demonstrated a natural gift and intelligence in dealing with dogs, and were great in every communication. Maria made certain she was familiar with our dog's routine, and checked in with us in the most helpful way. I felt 100% confidence from our first meeting where they responded immediately to our dog's attempt to eat a tissue (!) and at their clear, wise response to a dog who was being slightly aggressive to our dog.
