"Katrie stayed with our senior cat Viktor for 8 nights. We are anxious cat parents as Viktor has a thyroid condition and needs medicine twice a day, but Katrie took care of him very conscientiously and was proactive in alerting us to anything unusual. Her communication was excellent and regular updates helped to reassure us so we could relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying too much.
