"Tien is the only pet sitter out of the 14 that I contacted who was true to her availability on her profile. Finding Tien was a relief after a frustrating experience with other pet sitters. It was my first time leaving my dog with someone who wasn't family or a close friend, but Tien's calm and professional demeanour put me at ease. "Sara was so patient with our reactive dog. She took great care of her while dog sitting and sent regular updates without me having to ask. She collected meds from the vet when our dog was sick and also provided wound care for an abcess. Our dog seemed so calm and happy when we got back. Our apartment was also spotless. "
