"Tried Pawshake the first time. Going on holidays and leaving your cats behind creates always a bad feeling. James is 100% reliable, super friendly with the cats and kept us updated almost every day via phone, which made the fact being away much simpler for us. The best indicator, that the kids were in good hands and well taken care off, was that
for the first time in years none of my cats made a protest mark, what they usually do, when they are “p...ed” off with my absence.
His discreet and serious way made it easy for us to leave apartment and cats in his hands

"She took care of my three cats and I could tell they were in very attentive hands. Each of them has their own habits, and she paid close attention to all of them, even making sure one got water the way it prefers from the faucet. She didn’t just cover the basics but actually spent time playing with them and giving them affection, which made a big difference in how relaxed they were when I got back. "Tannaz, thank you for making me feel calm and reassured!
From the beginning, she was super responsive and ready to help out on very short notice. It was obvious right away that she genuinely cares about animals as we chatted about our little babies for the first time.
While I was away, Tannaz provided me with numerous pictures and text updates, which really helped me stay worry-free! To my surprise, she also managed to get my lazy kitty to play, which is a big achievement in itself :) Coming home to a tidy apartment, just as I left it, was such a relief.
I'll definitely be booking Tannaz again soon, and I can't recommend her enough to all cat owners. The entire experience was just so easy and stress-free. It’s such a comfort knowing my fur baby is in such loving and capable hands."
