Why a vet? Because since childhood I've loved being in contact with animals and doing the best I can to make them feel good. I want to do everything I can to ensure their well-being on a daily basis, because they deserve it.Why pet-sitter? During part of my studies I'm more in contact with my computer or my pen and paper. That's why I'd like to spend some time with animals.As far as my experience with animals is concerned, I was a foster family for kittens. I worked with an association whose aim was to find adoptive families for abandoned cats. My role was to act as a relay family until a family could be found for them. I also looked after a young puppy for a weekend, so I had to pay close attention to his behaviour so that he didn't destroy things and make sure he got enough exercise. I have already looked after several dogs for half or full days.I've also looked after ferrets before. I had to visit the owners to check that everything was OK, check the water, the kibble and the litter. Take them out of their cages to stretch their legs.Unfortunately I can't take pets with me as I'm in a student residence for international students where pets are not allowed. However, I can drop by several times a day, or stay with your pet in your home without any problem. (And of course take long walks outside!) I can come round several times a day to look after your pets (change the water, litter or take them out) and spend time with them. I can also take them for walks. I can stay for several hours if needed at weekends or in the evening, or visit them during the day.

Hi! Mein Name ist Rey. Ich bin Doktorandin hier in Potsdam und kümmere mich gerne um Ihr Haustier. Ich selbst habe einen Hund, Everest. Ich hatte auch zehn Jahre lang eine Katze. Meine Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Park Sanssouci und nur wenige Gehminuten von verschiedenen Seen und vom Wald entfernt. Ich gehe jeden Tag drei Stunden mit meinem Hund spazieren und nehme Ihren Hund gerne mit auf den Weg, um ihm die Zeit im Freien und den Spaß zu bieten, den er braucht!
Bei Hunden übernehme ich nur die Betreuung von kleinen bis mittelgroßen Hunden, da Everest Angst vor großen Hunden hat. Mein Haus ist voller Spielzeuge in allen Größen, und ich liebe es, Tieren neue Tricks beizubringen und ihnen verschiedene Spiele zur mentalen Stimulation zu geben.
Ich kann keine Katzen bei mir halten, da Everest sie ärgern könnte; aber ich komme gerne bei dir vorbei, wenn du deine Fellnasen füttern, mit ihnen spielen und kuscheln musst.
Ich möchte hinzufügen, dass ich mich für positive Bildung einsetze. Ich glaube an die Interaktion mit Haustieren in einem geduldigen, fürsorglichen und positiven Kontext. Ich weigere mich, Zwangsmethoden bei Haustieren anzuwenden (keine Schock- oder Erstickungshalsbänder). Obwohl ich kein Trainer bin, kann ich mich gut um Haustiere kümmern, die aus Tierheimen kommen und eine schwierige Vergangenheit oder Verhaltensprobleme haben. Ich fühle mich wohl damit, sowohl Katzen als auch Hunden Medikamente zu verabreichen. Ich verstehe auch die Notwendigkeit, sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Haustier glücklich ist, und ich bin per Text sehr reaktionsschnell und sende viele Bilder, wenn Sie es anfordern :)

My appartment is situated right next to Sanssouci Parc, and at a few minutes walk from different lakes and from the forest. I do three hours of walk with my dog every day, and will gladly take your dog on the way to offer him to outdoor time and fun he needs!&nbsp;
For dogs, I only accept to take care of small to medium-sized dogs, as Everest is afraid of big dogs. My house is full of toys of all sizes, and I love teaching animals new tricks and to give them different games for mental stimulation. I also have experience with giving meds to pets (dogs, cats or smaller pets).&nbsp;
I cannot keep cats at my place as Everest might annoy them; but I'll gladly drop by your place when you need to feed your fur babies, play with them and cuddle them. I mostly work from home, so I will be available for your pet without problem :) I want to add that I am all about positive education. I believe in interaction with pets in a patient, caring and positive context. I refuse to use coercive methods on any pet (no shock or chocking collar). Although I'm not a trainer, I am good with taking care of pets coming from shelters and having a difficult past, or behavioral problems. I am comfortable with giving medicine to both cats and dogs. I also understand the need to make sure that your pet is happy and I am very responsive by text and will send a lot of pictures if you request it :)&nbsp;

Bonjour! Moi c'est Rey. Je suis doctorante ici à Potsdam et je serai heureuse de m'occuper de votre animal de compagnie. J'ai moi-même un chien, Everest. J'ai aussi eu un chat pendant dix ans. Mon appartement est situé juste à côté du parc de Sanssouci, et à quelques minutes à pied de différents lacs et de la forêt. Je fais trois heures de promenade avec mon chien tous les jours, et me ferai un plaisir d'emmener votre chien sur le chemin pour lui offrir une bonne depense et tout l'amusement dont il a besoin!
Pour les chiens, je n'accepte de m'occuper que des chiens de petite à moyenne taille, car Everest a peur des gros chiens. Ma maison est pleine de jouets de toutes tailles, et j'aime enseigner de nouveaux tours aux animaux et leur donner différents jeux pour leur stimulation mentale.
Je ne peux pas garder les chats chez moi car l'Everest pourrait les ennuyer ; mais je passerai volontiers chez vous lorsque vous aurez besoin que quelqu'un s'occupe de votre boule de poils.
Je tiens à ajouter que je ne pratique que l'éducation positive. Je n'interagit avec les animaux de compagnie que dans un contexte patient, bienveillant et positif. Je refuse d'utiliser des méthodes coercitives sur n'importe quel animal de compagnie (comme les colliers electriques ou etrangleurs ... pas de ca chez moi!). Bien que je ne sois pas educatrice, je suis douée pour m'occuper d'animaux de compagnie venant de refuges et ayant un passé difficile, ou des problèmes de comportement. Je suis à l'aise de donner des médicaments aux chats et aux chiens. Je comprends également la nécessité de faire en sorte que votre animal soit heureux et je suis très réactif par SMS et vous enverrai beaucoup de photos si vous en faites la demande :)



Hallo zusammen :) Ich bin ehemalige Studentin der Germanistik, derzeit Studentin für Fremdsprachenkorrespondenz, Tänzerin und Pet/Babysitter. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Türkisch. Ich lerne aktuell Spanisch und Französisch. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Istanbul, von dem ihr vielleicht gehört habt, dass es ein Ort ist, an dem es von streunenden Tieren wimmelt. Schon seit meiner Kindheit hatte ich das Glück, mit einer tiefen Liebe zu Tieren aufzuwachsen, dank meiner Eltern, die immer verletzte, bedürftige und kranke Tiere, die sie auf der Straße fanden, bei sich aufgenommen und liebevoll versorgt haben. Viele dieser Tiere sind bei uns geblieben. Daher hatte ich das Glück, seit meiner Kindheit von Tieren umgeben aufzuwachsen :)
Ich bin immer nach dem Prinzip aufgewachsen, Tieren zu helfen und Interesse an ihren Bedürfnissen zu zeigen, und zum Glück habe ich diese Gewohnheit auch in meinem Alter nicht aufgegeben. Mit zunehmendem Alter hat meine Liebe zu Tieren verschiedene Dimensionen angenommen, und ich habe mich nicht nur auf das Füttern der Katzen in meiner Nachbarschaft konzentriert, sondern mich auch aktiv an der Hilfe für Tiere in Not beteiligt, indem ich mich an Online-Rettungsaufrufen beteiligt habe, immer mehr getan habe, als ich konnte. Tiere sind meine pure Freude und eine Quelle des Glücks. Da ich mich von Istanbul entfernt befinde, brauche ich ihre Liebe und Unschuld, daher hat mein Herz viel Platz für sie. Nichts steht über meinem obersten Prinzip, ihre Sicherheit und ihr Wohlbefinden sicherzustellen, abgesehen von meiner bedingungslosen Liebe zu ihnen. Obwohl ich ihnen viel Liebe schenke, steht an erster Stelle, ihnen eine Umgebung zu bieten, in der sie sich wohl und sicher fühlen, und natürlich sicherzustellen, dass sie in einer sicheren Umgebung sind. Als eine sehr zuverlässige Person, würde sagen, ich bin der ideale Tierbetreuerin für Ihr Haustier.
Ich bin derzeit von einer sehr intensiven Sehnsucht hier, weil meine eigenen Tiere sind in meinem Land. und ich bin sehr bereit, sich um alle Bedürfnisse des Tieres werde ich kümmern. zunächst spreche ich mit der Familie über die Erwartungen der Familie, und dann, mit dem Kompromiss, den wir erreicht haben, ich kümmere mich um ihre Kinder in einer Weise, die die beste Umgebung, Aufmerksamkeit und Liebe bietet. zur gleichen Zeit, mein Haus ist auf dem Boden Garten. so ist es sehr einfach, sie zu unterhalten und gehen für einen Spaziergang!

Verfügbarkeit

Ich mache sowohl Babysitting als auch Haustiersitting, aber ich habe keine feste Routine, ich bin also ziemlich flexibel.

Ich bin Inga, 37 Jahre alt und mit mir lebt meine 4 Jährige Hündin Ronja aus Rumänien.
In den warmen Monaten verbringen wir unsere Zeit in einem kleinen Gartenhaus mit eingezäunten Garten in Berlin, nicht weit weg von der Havel. Dort arbeite ich im Homeoffice, so dass ich den Großteil des Tages zuhause bin. 
Ich bringe viele Jahre Erfahrung mit Hunden unterschiedlichster Art und auch Herausforderung mit. 20 Jahre habe ich bereits selbst Hunde gehabt, die alle aus dem Tierheim/ Tierschutz waren.
Meine Hündin Ronja (kastriert) bringt selbst Themen mit wie zB eine Skepsis gegenüber fremden Menschen.
Mit anderen Hunden ist Ronja natürlich verträglich, dennoch ist ein Kennenlernen vorab und ein paar Probestunden sinnvoll.
Da ich alleine wohne muss dein Hund mit Ronja auch mal alleine sein können (wenn ich einkaufen gehe zB).

Due to the fact that I am active person, I can walk your dog for a long time and play with them due to my location. I truly feel comfortable with animals and understand their behaviour. For me, cats and dogs have a brain of three-year-old child with empathy. In my hometown, I had experience of a pet sitter for dog. I found lots of in common with them such as long walks, active games and intellectual games. 
From my personal experience as an owner of a cat, I fully understand their needs. For example, I had a cat from previous owners, who had social anxiety, so I know where do pet has boundaries that I totally respect. Despite all the difficulties of cats, I understand how to make friends with them and even taught my cat to hug, give a paw, stand on its hind legs. All because through the game I earn their trust.
I would love to spend time with your pet so they won't feel lonely :D

Animals and I:I recently moved out of my hometown in Slovakia, where I was a mom to four extremely cuddly cat individuals. I have kept many animals as pets – including two budgies, zebra finches, aquarium full of fish and two hamsters – but cats have a special place in my heart. Over the years I have learnt all about the different faces they can put on, how authentic each of their personalities are and how your attitude towards them and the environment you keep them in shapes their behaviour.&nbsp;
Currently:I now live in a shared apartment in Adlershof where I cannot keep animals. I feel the absence of my own cats and I feel the anxiety knowing that my family members just "don't pet them the way I do". I know everyone wants to make sure they leave their pets in the right hands. I view pet sitting as a mutually beneficial activity. I approach it responsibly, respecting both the owner and the pet, but with joy as if the pet was solely mine to keep and care for. I have very little experience with dogs, but I am open to any kind of pets that need temporary care.
