My cat can sometimes be shy around new people, but Serena was incredibly patient and gentle, and it didn’t take long for her to warm up. Serena made sure she had everything she needed—fresh food, water, a clean litter box—and also gave her the playtime and affection she loves. I especially appreciated the daily updates with photos and little notes about how she was doing. It was so reassuring to know my cat was not just being looked after, but really cared for.
When I returned, my cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable in Serena’s care. I would highly recommend Serena to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter. She is responsible, communicative, and most importantly, truly loves animals.
